We are looking for a Sales Operations to support our sales team with ongoing research, monitoring and reporting of sales information and effective management of logistics and problem solving.
- 2+ years of sales administration or sales operations, ideally within a startup
- Organizational skills and ability to multitask
- 2+ years' experience with SalesForce
- Exceptional communication skills
- Self-starter personality and ability to prioritize and pivot
- Managing the legal life cycle: contracts, tracking and prioritization, arranging shipments, etc.
- Tracking & prioritizing sales team activities, maintaining an updated global team through consolidating and forwarding weekly activity summaries
- Coordinate internal meetings (i.e. QBRs, weekly meetings) and external delegations
- Assist with sales quotas, proposals design and presentations
- Salesforce maintenance: maintain the customer database by inputting customer profiles and updates; preparing and distributing reports
