OBD/OBDII

OBD stands for On-Board Diagnostics and it is a standardized system that records data and monitors engine performance primarily designed for troubleshooting. OBD II or 2 is the second iteration of that system. OBD is no longer standard in EV vehicles and is therefore predicted to phase out.
